The service foreman is a rude prick as is one of the girls at the front desk. Hate going there.

My plan was to trade up to a new jeep grand cherokee...not now!!! I have been trying for a week now to book my chrysler 300 c in for a service, being kept on hold for 10 minutes at a time is totally unacceptable!!! If i don't service my car my warranty is void! So can someone at Alessi tell me how i am meant to do this when i cant get through to service centre after trying for a week!!! It's not good enough!!! I would appreciate a response to assist me to resolve this issue but i won't hold my breath. My next step will be to contact chrysler directly!!

My wife and I were travelling through the area when our Grand Cherokee diesel developed an unusual noise coming from the engine . Although flat out Dane and Ross took the time to assist us and made sure we were safely back on the road. We cannot thank them enough for the care and attention we received. They are a credit to jeep dealers.

Beware of this dealer. These are facts that I'm stating & opinions not fiction. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced by them in January 2016. They attempted to install software in the U Connect radio/touch screen & that attempt failed. The U Connect radio had performed perfectly before they attempted this software upgrade. Unfortunately for me & in my opinion this software was most likely incorrect. The radio touch screen then started having issues then it failed some time later. I contacted them in Aug 2016 to let them know it had failed. I took the Jeep back in November 2016 to have the radio inspected & replaced. Yes its dead they said. However your warranty ran out 2 days ago. No consideration that they had been informed several months earlier. If that wasn't bad enough the Jeep had a comprehensive service costing $450+. Two weeks later and only driving 200Km approx. I identified the engine oil was far too high & the diesel particulate filter burn off was happening excessively. Also the air cleaner filter was still full of dust. It had not been cleaned. I rang them to discuss my concerns. Did they apologize & make arrangements to rectify. NO THEY DID NOT. They said go away we did nothing wrong & your too difficult to deal with. In February 2017 another dealer installed a new radio at no cost to me & removed in excess of 1 litre of oil from the engine. Shame on you Alessi. Now if that wasn't disgraceful behavior they even attempted to blame Jeep Australia by stating that excessive fuel Dilution was happening which increased the oil level. Jeep Australia wrote to me disputing this. Don't believe what they tell you. Don't even go there.
